International Recruitment Development Program
The International Recruitment Development Program (IRDP) was launched in 2002 with the aim of supporting Johnson & Johnson recruit top talent for roles based outside of the United States. The program provides the opportunity for high-potential MBA students to take part in a short-term internship to experience the company’s operations and culture first-hand. Strong candidates will be well positioned to return to the company for full-time positions offered through our international recruitment and development programs.
J&J Tomorrow Leadership School
The J&J Tomorrow Leadership School was founded in July, 2008. Through long-term partnerships with leading national universities, this program aims to help university students with career planning and development and to train future leaders on the value of caring for the community.
The program currently partners with 14 institutions: Tsinghua University, Peking University, Fudan University, Zhejiang University, Sun Yat-Sen University, Sichuan University, East China University of Science and Technology, Peking Union Medical College, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China Pharmaceutical University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, International Business and Economics University and Shenyang Pharmaceutical University.
